سياسة الاسترجاع والإرجاع – متجر لافنتون للعطور

نشكر لكم تسوقكم في لافنتون. نحرص على تقديم منتجات أصلية وتجربة تسوق راقية. عند الحاجة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يُرجى الاطلاع على الشروط التالية.

1) مدة الطلب وطريقة التقديم

  • يتم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • راسلنا عبر البريد: [email protected] أو نموذج “اتصل بنا”.

2) شروط القبول

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع العلبة والملحقات.
  • لا تُقبل العطور المفتوحة أو المجربة (لأسباب صحية).
  • في حال الضرر أو الخطأ بالطلب نتحمّل الشحن ونستبدل أو نعيد المبلغ كاملًا.

3) المبالغ المستردّة

  • المعالجة خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
  • الإرجاع عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. رسوم الشحن/الدفع عند الاستلام غير مستردّة إلا عند خطأ منّا.

4) حالات غير مؤهلة

  • بعد مرور 7 أيام على الاستلام.
  • فتح/استخدام العطر أو فقدان/تلف العبوة الأصلية.
  • الهدايا/العينات الترويجية غير المرتجعة مع الطلب (إن وجدت).

5) الإلغاء قبل الشحن

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن مجانًا عبر مراسلتنا فورًا على [email protected].

6) آلية الإرجاع

بعد الموافقة نزودك بعنوان الإرجاع وتعليمات التغليف. احتفظ بإثبات الشحن إلى حين اكتمال المعالجة.

7) ملاحظات قانونية

نلتزم بأنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية وحماية المستهلك في السعودية. تحتفظ لافنتون بحق تحديث السياسة.

Thank you for shopping at Lavunton. We deliver authentic products and a premium experience. If you need a return or exchange, please review the terms below.

1) Request Window & How to Submit

  • Request within 7 days from delivery.
  • Contact us: [email protected] or via the website contact form.

2) Eligibility Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Opened/used perfumes are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • If damaged/defective/wrong item received, we cover return shipping and replace or refund in full.

3) Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refund to original payment method. Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.

4) Ineligible Cases

  • Requests after 7 days from delivery.
  • Opened/used perfumes or missing/damaged original packaging.
  • Promotional/free items not returned with the order (if applicable).

5) Order Cancellation (Pre-Shipment)

You can cancel before shipment at no cost by contacting [email protected] immediately.

6) Return Shipping Steps

Once approved, we will share the return address and packing instructions. Keep the return receipt until processing is completed.

7) Legal Notes

We comply with Saudi e-commerce and consumer protection regulations. Lavunton may update this policy to remain compliant.
